APPLICATION FOR APARTMENT GUIDE:

A: FILL OUT THE ON-LINE APPLICATION.

We will run a credit check based on the data you give us in the application. Once we run your credit we will inform you whether you qualify. If you qualify, please follow the application process listed below (B).

B: IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION, WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:

Note: Do the following only after you've been approved.

1: (2) Recent pay stubs (stating salary). If you're an independent contractor you may provide us with your most recent tax return.

2: A copy of your driver's license or other state photo ID.

C: UPON APPROVAL:

If your application is approved, we require a bank check or money order for FIRST and LAST month's rent and a SECURITY DEPOSIT equal to one month's rent. You can pay this entire amount or a portion of it on-line from our website: Renting Option, Pay On-line. There is a 5% processing fee for all on-line payments.

PLEASE NOTE: until all aforementioned aspects of your application are complete we will continue to market and show the apartment to other prospective tenants. If another party  meets the above criteria before you, they will be given the unit.
