Ideal candidate should be reliable and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast paced entrepreneurial organization SCOPE / DESCRIPTION Develop fresh ideas for Marketing, PR and Social Media initiatives. o Public Relations \| Social Media \| SEO optimization o Online Brand Management – Manage accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn o Ensure advertising and social media accounts comply with HL brand and Code of Ethics o Establish relationships and communication channels with real estate media outlets such as NY Times, Real Deal, and Commercial Observer. o Develop new stories and draft weekly press releases (all closings, new agents, recent events, unusual deals, Harlem trends, etc) o Assist with planning and facilitating agent specific and firm wide promotional events HOURS: Flexible hours. After completed our latest move to a high traffic/profile location at Lenox Ave and 124^th and hiring 4 additional agents/brokers. We are in need of an Office/Property Manager combined with being an Administrative Assistant to the the President. You will be required to maintain the office, continue to maintain Standard Operating Procedures for agents while continually introducing our company through creative mailings. Must be extremely computer literate, efficient, organized and a self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive. <br> A little about Harlem Lofts Inc: After 10 years of buying, developing, renting and managing Harlem properties, President Robb Pair has earned the reputation of being the Harlem Real Estate Guru. HLinc wants to remain “The Boutique Real Estate Experts of Harlem” therefore we just hired 3 Real Estate Agents and an Associated Broker to assist with the growth of our rental/sales division. 70% of your time will be supporting this area, 30% will be directly assisting the President of the company.
